Service-Level Agreements
When companies enter into a contract with a cloud-computing provider, the companies normally sign SLAs. Although such agreements may have unique or company-specific clauses, most are similar from one organization to the next. Assume that you have been selected to lead your organization's migration to the cloud. List and discuss five issues you would examine closely with a cloud-computing SLA. Finally, compare and contrast an SLA to a request for proposal (RFP) and a request for information (RFI).
