What your experience been calling doctor office, pharmacy


Problem:

We have all had to call the doctor's office, pharmacy or insurance company for assistance. What has your experience been?

List one for each. For example: I find it helpful when I can press "0" to bypass a recording and talk to a person directly. On the other hand, I find it extremely difficult to have to repeat the same information to every person I've talked to.
