Discussion Post: Business Law and Ethics
• Write a letter of reference for an employee who has left your company and has had employment/performance history (some of it problematic).
• Create a set of facts about this employee with both positive and negative aspects, and write what you would disclose and what you would not disclose if asked by a new employer for information.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
