Problem: There are examples in the book on page 181 along with descriptions on pages 181 - 182. Objectives must be specific, measurable, and realistic. You will be writing 3 objectives (primary, minimal, and secondary) and posting them to the discussion board. See details below. List one primary objective. This is your main reason or what you want to accomplish during this sales call. It does not necessarily have to be to get an order this call. It may be to have them agree to visit your facility. List one minimal objective for the same sales call. The minimum that you hope to achieve. List one secondary objective. Other things that you would like to achieve however they are not the main reason for your sales call.
