1). Take a walk with a friend or family member and discuss with them how being in nature affects you psychologically. Write a paragraph or two (150-200 words) about your this experience, the conversation, how it affected each of you, etc.
2). Make a short list of what you did today. What did you do with a smile? What did you enjoy? Write a paragraph or two (150-200 words) reflecting on what you most enjoy about your day and why.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
