I. Homeboy Industries provides hope, training, and support to formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated people, allowing them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of our community.
II. "To help former gang members redirect their lives and become contributing members of their families and our community"
III. The objectives of this program include
1. To provide marketable skills to these individuals by giving them proper training,
2. To build network
3. To decrease the marginalization of high-risk members of the community
4. Contributing members of our community through a variation of services that include:
• Counseling, education, tattoo removal, job training, mental services and placement.
IV. I am evaluating this program because I wanted to determine if the program has had an impact.
