What you feel comfortable about when it comes to plagiarism

Problem 1. How did you handle sources, especially as you consider the definition of plagiarism in this course? The way I see plagiarism is to ensure to give credit to the person that provided you with the information you needed to use within a paper to help you emphasize any of your points or paragraphs of your own work. I always made sure that I used a source for any material I used off anyone else's work. I will not lie; I use a site that helps me source other people's work. This only helps me with saving time with not worrying about putting them in alphabetical order and how a source should be written, I just have not mastered that.

Problem 2. What do you feel most comfortable about when it comes to plagiarism? Where do you need to improve your handling of source material?

To make plagiarism comfortable, I try my best not to use too much of other's writing materials when drafting a paper. This helps me not to worry about forgetting to give credit where it is due. So, what puts me at ease when it comes to plagiarism is knowing I am writing most of the information without relying on some else's work.

What I need to improve is being able to write more of my own material without depending on someone else's work and remembering to give them credit for it. So, what I have done to combat this, is to cite the material right away and never worry about having to go back throughout the paper trying to remember whose is whose" material. Another major issue I have is making sure the materials used from others and my materials flows properly.
