Without being political, (remember in HR you represent all employees) please discuss the questions below concerning the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and now is under dispute with the new Republican leadership.
From the perspective of HR, identify:
1) What you anticipate "managing" from a transition perspective to comply with this law.
2) What costs you expect to incur (view this from the perspective of a company that currently provides medical benefits as well as one that does not.)
3) Where you could turn for assistance with any changes you might be required to implement (without paying a fortune for consultants.)
