After watching the video and completing the chapter readings, outline your understanding of high performance work teams. If you have a difficult time opening the video, you can go to the Internet and research the general information on work teams. Have or do you work for an organization who utilizes high performance work teams? How effective are they? If you do not work for an organization who utilizes high performance work teams, what would your recommendation be to leadership regarding the creation of high performance work teams? Try to develop several recommendations.
