Imagine you have just been promoted to the director of advertising in a designer jeans company. During your first big meeting, the designer himself tells you he thinks advertising is a waste because his name is so well-known that advertising can't possibly work to bring in new customers.
In at least two pages, describe how you would show the designer the error of his ways. What would you say to help change his mind? What sorts of advertising might you create, and what kind of media would you use?
