Assume you are in charge of one of the major professional sports organization (i.e., National Football League, Major League Baseball, National Basketball Association, FIFA, US Gymnastics). The issues of domestic violence & sexual assault have existed for some time but meaningful change has not yet occurred (e.g., NFL has taken some actions but baseball is far behind in addressing the issue; US Gymnastics recently settled some cases but there are questions about whether they've done enough). What would you do to transform the culture in one of these organizations? In answering this, you should consider 2 different stakeholders, how you would address them, & what risks/consequences would result from your changes. NOTE: if you choose FIFA, you can discuss the issue of corruption that has plagued that group over the years (e.g., awarding the World Cup to Qatar).
