You use the DHCP configuration on your Windows 2016 Server to configure and activate a scope and authorize the server so that clients get their dynamic IP's. The next day, clients are still getting addresses, but you notice that there are errors showing up on client screens about duplicate IP addresses. There is some network functionality, but nowhere near 100%. What would you suspect is going on and what would you do to immediately tackle this problem?
