• Compensation includes everything (pay, perks, benefits, etc). If you were to design a compensation package in this day and age - what are the 3 things you would make sure to include and why?
• Why is the job analysis process so critical when determining compensation?
• Why are salary surveys so important when assessing compensation for companies, positions, etc? What would you do if you didn't have access to a survey? If you have participated in a survey - share your experience.
