A. Naiman introduces that change theorists agree that inequalities are necessary in any society to reflect different levels of individual contribution and effort (Naiman, 2012, pg. 214). Do you believe it is a necessity? If so, why or why not? What would you consider to be the pros and cons of inequalities as a necessity to society?
B. Lorraine Matechuck mentions "inflation is skyrocketing and I can't keep up with SIS. It's affecting young and old people." In which ways does this article represent the way in which the youth could be affected? How can the state at which such residents are in, affect the upcoming generations using the concepts we learned in Naiman's chapter?
