1) While a utilitarian case might be made against sex trafficking, can a utilitarian case be made in favor of sex trafficking? If so, which argument is stronger? If not, how did you come to that conclusion? Explain and justify your position.
2) If we deny rights to only potentially-maximal minds (asserting that only fully-developed minds have full human rights), then almost all genetic research would be legally permissible. But what would this mean for unborn fetuses, dementia patients, and children with severe mental disabilities?
