COVID-19 pandemic required people to keep updated on its latest developments (infection rate, precautionary measures, Vaccine availability) as well as make eVisits to the providers. Select one of the consumer health informatics tools from each category (information update and eVisit) and explain how these tools helped you as a consumer during the pandemic. What were their pros and cons? Has the significance of these tools diminished in the COVID-19 aftermath? What would be your recommendation in terms of using consumer health informatics tools if another Public Health disaster arises?
