Consider the Premack Principle. Study the course materials concerning the Premack Principle and then reflect on how this could be used to modify behavior of communities of people. For example, could this principle be applied to modify large groups of people to force compliance to an unpopular law or measure? How would you implement this? What would be the strengths and weaknesses of this approach?
