Two plate:
1. Add 50 µL of Anti-BSA to A1of the well in both plates.
2. Add 50 µL of 1X BPS fromA2-A12 and from B1-B11.
3. Add 50 µL of Anti BSA toA2.
4. Now, the volume of A2 IS 100µL.
5. Add 50 µL of BPS to A12.
6. Add 50 µL of goat/rabbitserum to B12.
7. Add 50 µL of SRBC to plate #1 from A1-B12.
8. Add 50 µL of SRBC forCoating & BSA to plate # 2 from A1-B12.
9. Incubate plates at 4 degreeCelsius overnight and examine on the next day from agglutination.
