Discussion Post: Margaret Heffernan and Power and Conflict
Consider a conflict (at work, school, or your personal life). What is the Type of Conflict (goal, cognitive, affective, or behavioral) and what would be the best strategy for reducing the conflict (i.e. physical separation, use of rules & regulations, etc.). Now, using Margaret Heffernan's model of collaboration, actively consider disinformation that would prove your strategy ineffective, and consider an alternative strategy.
