Many Americans are obsessed with the scale and the number it posts for them. Is this the true measure of someones health, or is there a better gage to use?

b) Also, tackle these measuring sticks: the scale, BMI and body fat percentage.
c) What are the numerous things that could adjust these numbers daily and over time?
d) What would be the best measuring stick to use? Tell us why each of these would or wouldn't be the best?
