What would be a brief synopsis of the case

Problem

Part I: 65% of deceptive cues come from non-verbal responses, while only 20% come from our speech. Again, it is about controlling our verbal responses and that is much easier to do that controlling what we have a difficult time being self-aware of, that being our non-verbal responses.

A person is better able to control verbal signals than to conceal and monitor nonverbal symptoms.

As an observer or as the interviewer how best do you seek to filter out what are cues of deception, from non-verbal cues that have little to no meaning?

Part II:

A SEARCH IS A SEARCH": SCANNING A CREDIT, DEBIT, OR GIFT CARD IS A SEARCH UNDER THE FOURTH AMENDMENT

i. What would be a brief synopsis of the case, the court's ruling, and finally, an analysis of the soundness of the court's judgment.
ii. Was the ruling consistent with other Fourth Amendment rulings related to physical searches and seizures?
iii. What arguments found in the article would be considered endorse, and which ones would be rejected? what would be arationale for either supporting or rebuffing these arguments?

Part III:

Perhaps we are better at non-verbal communication than we are at speech? what could be some examples of non-verbal communication.
