Problem
Joe has worked as a part-time housekeeper for two years. Joe is an excellent employee. A part-time personal support worker position was posted in your unionized facility. The Nurse Manager has refused to give Joe the job as a part-time personal support worker because she feels Joe's accent is too difficult for the residents to understand.
