Homework: Project Control
There was an error on your Work Breakdown structure. There are two tasks missing on it. Your job is to add two new tasks to the project. You will have to assign the appropriate resources to these new tasks. Next, you will have to update the Gantt Chart and check your new critical path. These two new tasks must be significant and disrupt the critical path. Finally, answer the following questions:
• What will this do to your project completion time and the critical path?
• What impact will this have to your resource schedule?
• What impact will this have to your budget?
• How would you overcome these problems?
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
• The answer must be using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, typed, with one-inch margins on all sides.
