You are managing a life insurance sales team. Your team is compensated entirely through commissions, i.e., if they do not sell life insurance, they are not paid. It is hard to manage people, especially in the sales industry, where everything depends on production and sales targets. In addition, the sales industry has a high employee turnover rate.It is Friday evening; everybody is tired at the office, including you. One of your team members, Baily, approaches you to discuss her problem. Baily's production figures lag behind other team members, and she is not being paid as much as others, even though she exerts the same amount of effort. She is frustrated and is showing her discontent and accusing you that you do not know how to manage a sales team and that you failed her. She regrets joining the Company and working with you
