What when behavior of students is clearly unreasonable

Problem: When the behavior of students is clearly unreasonable, it can significantly endanger both themselves and those around them. This could manifest in forms such as physical aggression, self-harm, hysterical outbursts, and property damage. However, unless a student presents a clear, immediate, and evident risk to their own safety or that of others, physical intervention should never be employed. The safety of students and their classmates should always be a teacher's top priority. Reword this for me.
