Problem
We all been to a meeting at some point, so let's take one and dissect it a little. Think back over a recent meeting you have been in.
Reflect rather the meeting went well, what went well, and what could have been done differently in the meeting so that you can learn for future meetings you are going to conduct as a leader, or you might participate in. There are also successful steps for participants. We all know that meetings can be wonderful, and they can be dreadful as well.
