-What necessitated change, and how did the company plan for it?
-What role did leadership play, and how was the change communicated to others in the organization?
-What stresses and conflicts resulted from the change, and how were they handled?
-What was the outcome of the change?
-What did leadership do right, and what could have been done to make the change smoother or more successful?
