Due to the quarantine due to the Covid-19 pandemic, thousands of teachers had to carry out their duties from his home, to which the "Pablo Neruda Polytechnic School" was no exception. This institution has a of 30 teachers from various specialties and a management team of 5 teachers. Because all the work are carried out from home, the school had to find a way so that both teachers and managers had access to the necessary information: electronic class book and general student information system (SIGE), a ministerial platform where all the data of the school's students are entered. The one in charge of informatics of the school, a teacher who did a diploma in educational informatics, installed the application of both systems in the personal computers of the workers and gave them a general password, which must be changed after login. With all this, teachers will be able to enter notes into the system remotely.
