What gets measured gets done. This old adage has proven correct in most aspects of life and work. Measuring organizational success in terms of innovation requires that we focus on various areas.
In regards to new product development and innovation, answer the following questions:
1. What types of metrics could be used to evaluate a person's success in life?
2. What types of metrics should be used at a place of employment to financially evaluate the organization’s performance?
3. Develop a metric plan for the types of metrics you want to use to evaluate your success in the next one to two years. Include process, financial, and success metrics.
