• Step I: What type of test do you feel most comfortable with, and what type brings up more negative feelings? Thinking of a particular situation involving the test type that challenges you, describe how it made you feel and how that feeling affected your performance.
• Step II: Give two of your classmates advice on ways in which they may be able to shift their mindset/perspective in order to feel more confidenct about test-taking (suggest strategies specific to their test type).
