Article: "How to Design an Ethical Organization- A behavioral approach" by Nicholas Epley and Amit Kumar.
Using the guidelines provided in the HBR article, recommend a design for an ethical organization as a strategic leader. What should an ethical organization look like? What type of structure should an ethical organization adopt? What would the organization's vision and mission statements indicate? What are the organization's guiding values?
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
