Problem
a) Describe the different intentional torts discussed in the lecture. Afterwards, pick one of the cases you were assigned to discuss it in depth: Wallace v. Rosen, Parvi v. City of Kingston, or Taylor v. Vallelunga.
b) What type of intentional tort was involved in the case you chose?
c) Did the court in that case find the defendant liable for committing the specific intentional tort they were being sued for?
d) If so, how were they liable? If not, why not?
