Compare and contrast two different types of menus and the type of operation where they would be found. Describe each menu you select and explain what type of restaurant or institutional facility would most likely implement that particular style of menu.
Choose an item from each menu and compare operational capacity [equipment, tools, storage, etc.] that would be needed.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
