What type of infertility does this patient have

Case Study: Ms. Sanchez is 30 years old. She is back in your office with several concerns and complaints.

Issue #1-She reports to you that since her last visit she and her male partner decided that they want to be a couple, but she is still seeing her female partner. She and her male partner have been trying to conceive for over a year now and nothing is happening. She has lost weight after recently having bariatric surgery and wants to be evaluated for infertility. Remember she has never been pregnant before. She does add that her partner informed her that he was diagnosed with epididymitis several times over the past year.

2) What laboratory test would you order for your evaluation of infertility?
