What type of dominance exists between the two alleles

Problem: Flower color in hibiscous is determined by one gene that has two different alleles. a true breeding hibiscous plant with red flowers is crossed to a true breeding plant with white flowers. The F1 plants all have flowers that are variegated that is the flowers have patches of red and white. When the F1 are self crossed they produce F2 with 6 red flowered plants, 5 white flowered plants and 12 plants that have variegated flowers.
