What type of alternative dispute process recommend to linda

Problem

Assume your friend Linda is in the midst of a divorce. She and husband Rick have two children, a boy aged 5 and a girl aged 7. Linda is a stay at home Mom. Rick earns $10,000 a month net income. Rick does not want to pay spousal support to Linda, but he will pay child support. Linda insists she wants to continue to stay home and not work. She does not think that Rick understands the need for Mom's to be at home and in any event she argues that she performs numerous tasks worth well over $2,500 a month, the amount she's demanding. Tempers are very high. What type of alternative dispute process would you recommend to Linda? Is this the same type of process you would recommend for Rick?
