Assignment task: Julie has asked you to liaise with Ryan, the Exercise Physiologist, regarding the treatment plan for the client Lucas Williams. Julie would like you to discuss her proposed treatment plan with Ryan to ensure that he is familiar with the case notes and that he is happy to sign off on the treatment plan.
Develop a script below for a face to face conversation between yourself and Ryan. Ensure that you use medical terminology as appropriate. Abbreviations are acceptable to use in this context as Ryan is familiar with their meanings. For this assessment, you can assume that Ryan does not ask any questions whilst you are speaking.
In your conversation ensure that you discuss the following:
- Who the treatment plan was developed by.
- What treatment the client is scheduled for (include all treatments).
- When the exercise physiology treatment is planned for and what Julie's recommendations are.
- Ask Ryan if he has any questions or concerns with the treatment plan.
