Problem: In the lesson, we discussed the maxim "Good, fast, cheap: Pick two." Let's say you have a project that's behind schedule. How do you decide what to sacrifice to get the project back on track? Do you cut quality to save time (i.e., sacrifice good for cheap and fast)? Do you allow it to be late while maintaining quality (i.e., give up being fast to be good and cheap)? Or do you pay a premium, such as overtime or expedited shipping, to "crash" the project back to its original deadline (i.e., lose cheap to have the project be good and done fast)?
