What to do with a behaviour problem

Question 1. What could you say to individuals who may ask for your advice on what to do with a behaviour problem? Also, would you indicate to employers or via solicitation of private clients about your ability to implement procedures from the ABA perspective?

Question 2. ACT is derived directly from the science of behaviour analysis and has formed a new field area called Contextual Behavioural Science, ACT has also been given a label of Process-Based CBT.

What does ACT stand for?  And explain why ACT does not directly work on telling clients to challenging their thoughts, does not replace thoughts with "positive" thoughts, or try and help the client stop the problem cognitive behaviours?

Question 3. The area of behaviour modification is a now recognized as a field of expertise that requires specific training and supervision (more in depth than general psychology courses and different from registered psychologists). What is the title/certification name of recognized professionals in the area of applied behaviour analysis(ABA)? This was mentioned the textbook and also appeared in a bonus discussion question

Question 4. A person can say they are doing ABA by implementing common behavioural strategies they have heard about or went to a workshop about (i.e., reinforcement, prompting, etc.); but why would this not be considered engaging in ABA practices? Or what is a critical aspect of an ABA practice and why is this important? One hint to one of the possible answers: they might only be doing the first 2 parts of the title of ABA.
