The timeline for a project's development gives managers a visual representation of the list of actions they must complete in order to put the project into action (Gordon & Pollack, 2018). Leaders in nursing must be familiar with the change management process in order to effectively implement it, monitor it, and enable a variety of stakeholders to participate actively in it. In healthcare organizations, nurse leaders play a vital role in initiating and implementing change. In light of the experience gained from the practicum, it became clear that leaders needed to hone their abilities and cultivate their leadership styles in order to have a greater impact on organizational change. While the transformational leadership model has been identified as an essential approach to change management, encouraging inter-professional collaboration among nursing professionals to improve patient experience, safety, and overall outcome plays an important role in project development and implementation (Wheeler & Beaman, 2018). The proposed project's chronology is depicted graphically in this paper.
