1. After reading the rape myths in our culture discuss the myth(s) that you had also perceived as fact. Why do you think this is? Be sure you are including references to some of the assigned readings for this week (i.e. Underreporting, False Reporting, Repeat Offenders, etc.).
2. What about our culture exacerbates many of these rape myths (whether media, pop culture, etc.)?
3. What things can professionals in the criminal justice system to do combat these myths and perhaps lead to increased reporting of sexual assaults?
