o You have been the Project Manager (PM) for several projects in your organization and you are now moving to work for another firm. You are in need of contract resources for a major project. You have an idea as to what is needed to acquire those resources, but you are not sure what the procedures are in your new firm. How will you get up to speed on the acquisition process within your new firm?
