Problem
Differentiated citizenship is a strategy for accommodating minority cultures in a liberal framework. But some groups, like members of the LGBTQ community, according to Kymlicka, would be offended by being "othered" by the dominant culture. What groups do you think should have differentiated rights, and what groups do you think should not (or would not want to) be considered distinct from the dominant culture? What should be the principle that distinguishes these two types of groups?
