How did it change how you personally felt about the leader? Do you feel that leaders who have lost their "authenticity" can ever regain the trust of their followers? What did the leader do to regain the trust of the staff or you believe they should have done?

Problem 2: Has there been a situation when you made a communication error during your career or you have been involved in a communication error that impacted patient care?  If so, how did you resolve it?
