Problem
After leaving University, you are employed by a consulting firm. You and your team are assigned to a client, Essex University Library, to assist them with an important change that has occurred to their organization. During lockdown the library was closed to visitors and there was a major shift to online learning, research and remote access to resources. While the library has now re-opened, much of the changeover to an emphasis on online services has endured. You are there to assist them in how to deal with this change and what the impacts on the organization are.
