As I reflect on my past assessment process, I realized how much my assessment have changed over the years. I transferred to Phoenix University from DeVry University, as I reached out to Phoenix University and found the program that would help me achieve my Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, and the classes would be more flexible for my schedule. However; reflecting back, I see that I did not include any performance-based assessments or individual learning styles in my early assessment. I also did not take into consideration: goals or critical thinking.
One of my goals for continuing my education was getting started as quickly as possible. I started class on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Phoenix University with the contentment of working towards a Bachelor's Degree, with hopes of graduating in 2020. My goal is to remain focus and attend class and do the best work possible and turn in assignments on time, which would involved being motivate daily and through the semester.
My thoughts on the ACES Assessment test: I anticipate the test to be fair and accurate, it captures the highest, weakness, and moderate skills, if you answer the questions to the best of your ability. I agree with the ACES test results. My next goal will be to connect with the Phoenix Connect and look for the stress and management group on-line. My ACES scores were very high in the Motivation and Skills area, but lower in the Critical Thinking, which pinpoint a weak area, which I hope to improve. Overall, I believe my scores very accurate and I look forward to applying the assessment in the coming semesters at Phoenix University. What surprised me was that this very same concern showed up on the assessment. With the help of a good support system, I know I can overcome this issue
