Hypothetically; If you were an employer who became aware of an prospective applicant disability through an outside source e.g. another employee voluntarily shared information with you- would you hire the individual and if so what supports would you or could you offer? If you would not hire the individual; specify why you would not and how you would defend your decision not to hire.
