In regards to employees that may be resistant to change or who may experience difficulty with using new technology, what resources, if any, does your agency provide employees who have a difficult time adjusting to modern technology? What happens, if after a prolonged period of time, the employee is still struggling with being able to effectively use the technology required to perform every day tasks? What suggestions would you make to improve your agency's policies on dealing with employees who are having a difficult time adjusting to technology?
