The following questions should be in reference to WorldComfraud case. It's the last part to manydifferent parts of my paper. I will attachthe first part of my paper which will be very helpful in writing the memo ifyou accept to do it.
Write a memo to managementaddressing the following:
a) To whom do you need to addressyour findings? Why are these appropriate parties?
b) What are your recommendations to improveinternal controls to reduce the likelihood of fraud? Be sure to support yourrecommendations.
c) Determine which theory of crime causationis present in the fraud you identified. How is this theory of crime causationdirectly related to this fraud and how could it have been prevented?
d) What legal or regulatory issues wererelated to your findings? How will these impacts all parties involved?
e) What suggestions do you havefor management to prevent this fraud from occurring in the future? Whatevidence could you present to prove your suggestions would be effective?
