Students will demonstrate their knowledge in regards to how to execute a Banquet and what are some of the important things they need to know to make sure all the criteria are met there will be three scenarios given each scenario will have its own style of service Please explain the following questions based on the scenario given.
Scenario I
Mr. Jonathan is a CEO of a Multinational Company and was given a recognization award for his Philanthropist work in society, his friends and colleagues want to honor him this is a group of 25 people and for them, Money is not a problem they want everything top Notch.
i. What style of service will you choose, and why will you choose that style, explain in detail.
ii. Come up with a menu based on the style chosen and how you will be serving.
Scenario II
Mr. Li is Becoming a Canadian Citizen and he is very excited about this and wants to invite his friends and neighbors for Lunch, the swearing-in ceremony was on June 5th and he wants to host the party on June 6th, he is expecting a total of 55 guests and they have chosen their Backyard to celebrate.

Scenario III
YMCA has invited their employees to come for a one-day training they are expecting around 150 guests, this will be an informal function.
